"Old World Los Angeles at its finest!"
I agree that Fairfax is an absolute traffic nightmare. The street merges into a chaotic mix of commuters, pedestrians, and a host of misplaced bus stops... making the ride even more unpredictable. However Fairfax Avenue is a old LA, established, and neighborhood friendly street filled with eateries, mom and pop shops, the famous Fairfax Market, and a liaison to some of Los Angeles and Hollywood hot spots!

Fairfax Ave
"Busy city street with acclecticc dinning"
While traveling on Fairfax can be a traffic nightmare, there are many things located directly off of it or nearby. My favorite spot on Fairfax is little Ethiopia. Parking may be practically non-existent, but is well worth the continued circling you will most likely have to do. The restaurants are great and the service is always friendly. Little Ethiopia is the best and great when you are in the mood to try something new.
