Fanning way acts as a connecting ramp like street that runs from 14th avenue to 14th avenue. It is a very narrow street, just 2 lanes wide. However, you are allowed to park on one side of the street so it becomes a one lane 2 direction street. People tend to drive quickly on this street and it can be very dangerous. The speed limit is 15 miles an hour. Houses on this street aren't too special. They can be red flagged for landslide control if the weather doesn't play in your favor. However they have a great view of Ocean Beach and the Outer Sunset.
