"Oakland Hills older neighborhood."

Don't let this older neighborhood fool you. This is an excellent part of town and the home prices here reflect it. Even the fixer uppers are expensive. Harbor View Avenue is just minutes away from all of the amenities of Oakland, such as the colleges, Mills and Merritt and the wonderful parks such as Redwood Regional Park. Highly recommended for families and people of all ages.
