"Friendly & Peaceful"

We love our quiet little neighborhood. We met several neighbors when we moved in and we know a good number of families on our block.

My partner and I are both women and have a little girl. We've never had any issues being a queer family in this neighborhood and feel very welcomed & accepted by everyone we've met.

The beautiful redwoods & live oaks make this neighborhood especially lovely. And we're only minutes from great hiking trails off Skyline Blvd.

We do have some break-ins and crime (our car has been stolen from in front of the house) and there sometimes cars zoom down our street. But all the neighbors really look out for one another and the block has a very friendly feeling to it. All in all a great place to live.
