Haven Ave, Washington Heights

This street houses the Columbia Medical Student dorms and much of the adjacent housing is rented by students. For that reason, and “mommy and daddy’s purse strings,” rent is significantly higher for what I think are sad apartments. The good thing is that this block has no walk ups and is close to the 1 and A trains at 168th street. This street is wonderfully convenient!
