"nice neighborhood but lots of traffic noise."

Magnolia street is in a cute, fairly nice, affordable neighborhood with a good convenient central location. The only bad part is LOTS of noise from the Freeway. The constant traffic noise can be annoying but if you have a good hedge/privacy fence can block some of it out and residents do get somewhat used to it.
