"nice older neighborhood"

Malcolm Ln is in a pretty nice, established, older neighborhood. It is mostly ranch-style homes filled with families and retired couples. It is a quiet neighborhood as far as traffic and being safe but can get some noise from the freeway nearby. Malcolm Ln is in a convenient location for schools, parks, shopping, and commuting.
