"Sort of in the Center..."
Mangels Avenue is an interesting bird, because it is sort of centrally located in San Francisco - but it is not really near anything. The homes are cute, San-Francisco-style architecture (a one-of-a-kind phenomena that deserves its own title), but that is really all that there is here in this residential neighborhood.
It is somewhat south and not as accessible to the east side of the city, but is not as remote as the western beaches either. Despite being almost purely residential, parking is tough to find. The street is quite hilly, which makes driving an adventure and biking even more challenging.
Neighbors are friendly in this nice little residential neighborhood. Even the BART is a bit of a walk, depending on where you are on the street. Live here to live in San Francisco, but be sure to get out and explore the city, because you will not find the urban life here.

"A quiet street"
Mangels Avenue runs through the Westwood Highlands. There are some of the most beautiful houses I’ve seen on this street. I have relatives in this area so I pass by these enormous and gorgeous houses on Mangels Avenue. However, as you head more inland or towards Glen Park on Mangels Avenue, the houses don’t stay as extravagant as I made have made it sound like to be. As you go down this street the house get smaller and a bit more compact. The neighborhood on Mangels Avenue is great though, the people are nice, especially the neighbors of my residing relatives. There’s no real need for me to talk about what there is to do on this street, because in fact there is nothing to do, there is a park and a playground on this street.

"Quiet street in the sunnyside area"
Mangels Ave is a quiet peaceful street in the sunnyside district. It is not very busy. It is a very friendly area. Nearby on Monetery, there are a couple businesses and stores. There is a safeway, monterey pizza, joes burgers, and a dry cleaners. Down the street, there is Sunny side park, which has been renovated recently. It is a very safe street like all the time. There is access to the 23, 43, and 36 buses. Overall this street would be a great place to live at. I would recommend it to families with children or retirees especially.
