Manor Dr
"Residential street off of Ocean Ave."
Manor Dr. is a street located off of Ocean Ave. It is not a very busy street. It is pretty safe. This street is only two blocks long. It is close to many, many stores, services, and businesses on Ocean Ave. There is a 24 hour fitness, Rite Aid, Franciscan Hobbies, and many other things. It is a few blocks away from Aptos School and Aptos Park. There is access to a couple bus lines like the 49, K, and 29. The Balboa Bart Station is not to far either. It is also close to City College.

"Manor Drive: A beautiful place"
Manor Drive is located near Ocean Avenue, this street is located between Pinehurst Way and Lakewood Avenue. This street is a bit steep, but the houses make up for that. The houses here range in size, but most of them are larger than the average houses. This street has an urban vibe to it, the houses are not too close to each other and each of them have a neat and unique look to them. This street has many trees lining the sidewalk too, almost every house has at least one tree in front of it. The houses more to the Darian Way side, are larger and more extravagant, they have nice lawns. There is a playground about a block away too and on Ocean Avenue, there are a few fast food places.

Manor Dr
"Manor Drive: On a steep hill but very peaceful"
Manor Drive is on a steep hill and extends over three blocks. Manor Drive is in a suburban setting with the houses separate from one another and green lawns. The neighborhood here is peaceful and quiet which is the ideal place for people who like peace and quiet. The roads are smooth with barely any cracks making it a smooth drive down this street. The Aptos Playground is just two blocks away and a 10 minute drive away is the Stonestown Mall for shopping and eating. The two closest Muni bus stops would have to be the K train on Ocean Avenue and the 23 bus on Monterey Boulevard.
