Marina Green Dr
"Great view of Alcatraz Island"
Marina Green Drive is a small street off of Marina Blvd. It serves as a tourist spot, having ample parking on both sides of the street. You have a spectacular view of San Francisco bay, Alcatraz Island, and on a clear day you can just barely make out the Golden Gate Bridge. Marina Green is right behind it, although it's nothing more then a huge open grassy area. There isn't really anywhere to sit on the green, as far as benches or picnic tables, but there are benches to sit on near the shore line. It's a little tricky to get to, but if you can find the entrance on Marina Blvd, it's a nice place to sit and relax.

"Surprised to see this is a public street"
When I was driving around San Fran, I wanted to go out on this drive but could not find a way to get there from Marina Blvd. I got the impression from some of the gates and the signage that this was a private road. Maybe it is. But, it looks like it is public from this street view. It was beautiful. Very expensive and exclusive looking. But, not a place you could meander along.

Marina Green Dr
"Excellent Ocean view with plenty of parking"
This is essentially a parking lot for visitors to north beach and marina areas. This offers an excellent view of the golden gate bridge, alcatraz, and angel island. There is also a huge green, probably three football fields back to back to back. Plenty of people to fly kites, play football, walk their dogs, pay with kids, frisbees, and scooba dive, etc. Also be aware that people change in their cars. Be sure to look away when some unplesant nudity is forced upon you.
