"Great community!"
There is little to no parking on Avila but there is a strong sense of community among its neighbors. For Halloween this year they blocked off the street and had a Halloween block party for all of the families. Kids could run out into the street with no worries. Lots of houses, lots of families. Super close to the heart of the Marina on Chestnut Street where you can find a gym, movie theaters, drug store, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Great location.

Avila St
"Houses, Houses, Houses"
Avila street starts at Chesnut street and ends at Prado Street. One thing that stands out about this street are the houses, there are only houses located on this street and nothing else. The houses are beautiful too, they all have a modern look to them. Some even look like they just came out of a magazine of how to design your house. There are plants in front of most of the houses, which brightens up the place even more. Most of the houses are two stories high and have a driveway. This street is safe, peaceful, and clean. Although there aren't any stores located on this street, I think the beautiful variety of houses make up for it.
