"Newer neighborhood in the perfect spot to live in Memphis, TN"
This neighborhood, at 12 years old, is one of the newest places you can live in this part of Memphis. We are located near the Jewish Community Center which makes it perfect for Jewish families with kids (that's why they call it the Memphis West Bank). Halloween is an event on the street every year with tons of kids coming in from other neighborhoods and parties for both old and young alike.
