"decent, quiet neighborhood"

Merritt Lane is located in a fairly quiet (other than freeway traffic) friendly neighborhood. This is a good area for families and retired seniors. It is not as good for young singles or young couples as there is not much of a singles scene or a very 'hip' vibe. It is a safe, cute, family neighborhood, conveniently located to shopping, schools, and transportation.
