Moraga Ave
"Quiet, but close to the action."
Moraga avenue runs from right before the base of twin peaks all the way to the beach. You have options to live in the hills, or in the flat beachside. Moraga avenue is a nice quiet street, however it is parallel to Noriega avenue which is like a small chinatown which has lots of good asian cuisine. There are schools that are close by and daycare centers as well. In the outter sunset part of the street, you are right at the beach which gives a nice breeze and keeps the air smelling fresh. It does not have a lot of traffic which is nice as well. There is a housing complex blocking the crossing of it on 19th avenue and it is split in half by a hill at 14th aveune which is actually a great spot for a great view of the city. There are not a lot of stop signs or traffic on this street. I would recommend taking this street if you ever needed to go across the avenues in the sunset district.
