"Great place for 20 something urbanites"
SoMa is an up and coming area of San Francisco. The neighborhood is a hodge podge of the new and the old, the dumpy and and the hip. You'll be a half a block away from a park/playground on Folsom. You'll be about block away from great restaurants like Azie and Basil, and it'll-do-in-a-pinch eateries like Brainwash and SoMa Inn Cafe. There is a large homeless population, so scope out the neighborhood at night before you decide to settle.

Great review, exactly the kind of info we want on StreetAdvisor. What are some of the good bars around the area? Lest time I was in SF I went to a really cruisy bar on Minna Street, think it's also an art display house?
