"Great for Basbeall Fans!"

I have traveled to all of the baseball stadiums in the United States and Petco Park was one of the best parks I visited. Located on Park Boulevard, Petco Park is a great new ballpark and really adds some life to San Diego. I went to the Parkhouse Eatery which was an elegant restaurant that I would recommend to all.

"Great near the ball park"

10th Ave in the East Village area is super nice. There are a lot of great apartments and condos. Plenty of good restaurants, from fine dining to burritos to gelato. This is a pedestrian friendly area. 10th Ave is also a major route from the 5 and 163 freeways to the ball park. Traffic on game days is miserable, and parking is extremely expensive. There is plenty in the area to keep you busy, and many of the local shops are dog friendly.

"Great View of the San Diego Padres PETCO Baseball Park"

10th street is closed to cars and can be used by people to walk along the back of the left and centerfield outfield seating for the Petco Park San Diego Padres baseball games. The stadium’s two outfield entrance areas are located at the intersection of these two streets. The is a great area to watch the San Diego Padres baseball games.

"Very nice place to go!"

Park blvd. is definitely a nice place to go if you are in San Diego. If you are bored you should just hope in the car and drive along Park blvd. the scenery is very nice and it is not very crowded like other places in San Diego can get. There is not a lot of different things to do once you are there but it is a very pleasurable ride.

"Close enough to down town"

The best thing I can say is it is close to downtown so if that's what you want then 10th ave. is great. There is also a lot of bars and cocktail bars if you want to go out at night. 10th ave. is much better for the nightlife because that is pretty much all there is to do there.

"Beautiful street in San diego"

From Robinson avenue, we took a right to Park Boulevard. The drive was indeed a pleasure. You can drive freely along those broad paths and vehicles low population here is an added advantage. The sides along the roads are covered with lush greenery and offer shade along a major part of the street. For long distances there are absolutely no buildings and no concrete I should say, only nature occupies most of the street. Near the street there is a park called Balboa park rose garden. It is a nice place to be at. The next important site just close enough to the park is the Natural history museum.

"Gorgeous touristy drive"

Park Boulevard runs through San Diego's famous Balboa Park. It is a beautiful place to see Old mission architecture and to visit some of San Diego's museums. It is the main cultural center in san diego. Because the weather is always lovely you will find lots of people biking and flying kites. This is a great place to bring the kids.

"Good if you want to be near downtown/ballpark"

Nice place to live in general. Price is fairly high for what you get but the amenities are nice. It is on the edge on the nice and not so nice part of town, but the area around the building feels safe. Also it is good if you have dogs, because they provide grass areas and bags near the building.
