"Neighborhood ideal for student life"
I used to get very confused about the location of Nutwood Ave. because there seemed to be one in almost every city in Orange County. But the neighborhood I loved most on Nutwood Ave. is located near the Cal State Fullerton Campus. It stretched from about State College Blvd. to a little past Acacia Ave. before it ends at Victoria Dr. I would drive along this street every day for almost two years while I was attending the CSUF campus. How I wished I lived in this neighborhood so I wouldn’t have to pay parking fees or leave my house an hour and a half before class to make sure I found parking on time. What I liked most about the homes here were that they were all beautifully kept even though they seemed to be of the older generation of houses. It made it feel like you were visiting a neighborhood back in the late 80’s early 90’s where modernism still hadn’t caught on. While the neighborhood had its antique like charms you could hit State College Blvd. and realize you were anywhere but back in the early 90’s. To help make life easier on the college students the surrounding area is swamped with fast food, Starbucks, and a crowd favorite I’d suggest next time you in this area, Panera’s. They have tasty soup bowls in fresh baked bread that are to die for.
