"Overlooking the Terrace"

Overlook Terrace is a quaint street in this nice section of Washington Heights. IThis section of the city is extremely quaint, and a nice oasis from the busy downtown area. Living uptown is not only comfortable, but also extremely nice . I really enjoy the calmness and the serenity of uptown life and the family oriented nature
