"Older, well established neighborhood next to Chabot College."

Papaya Street in Hayward, California is a well shaded and quiet street. Centrally located just moments from Chabot College and minutes from Southland Mall. The houses are well taken care of and the lawns and gardens are well groomed. This is a coveted neighborhood because of its look an close location to popular destinations.
