"ok residential neighborhood"

Quantas Lane is in a fairly quiet small residential neighborhood in Hayward. It is close to Chabot College, so it is convenient for full time students or working adults taking part time or night classes. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, and fairly cost effective. It is ideal for families or retirees.
