"Nothing so great about this street"
I lived on this road in the past. It could be noisy at night sometimes when I heard drunken people walking at night. I would not recommend to walk during the night here. It was hard to find parking. If you parked on the driveway in front of your garage, it was very likely you would have a ticket or received complaints since it would block the walkway somewhat. The only good things I remember of living here is that it has a library in walking distance nearby, some small businesses/restaurants, and a walking distance to the public transportation. Majority of the people I saw living here are Asian and Black.
Raymond Ave
"Good and Bad"
This street is in the Visitacion Valley area, it extends from Visitacion Avenue to Bayshore Boulevard. This street consists mostly of houses and it has a few convenience stores nearby. In my opinion, there are both good and bad aspects to this place, it really depends on the person though. Raymond Avenue has a playground for children and there is also a park. Because this street is located in an area in which mostly minority groups occupy, it may seem dangerous at times because of reports of stealing or violence. Raymond Avenue is generally quiet and it isn't as bad as people make it out to be.
