St Theresa Ave, Pelham Bay

St. Theresa Ave is not in the best section of the Bronx, but it offers some nice features. It’s close to two hospitals (Calvary and J. Weiler), so you don’t have to go far if you have a health emergency. Also, the local church (on St. Theresa and Pilgrim) is great; I used to walk down here on Sundays and stop in for their services. Their pastors are terrific and very charismatic.
