"quiet neighborhood near presidio"

Sumner Street is a quiet, nice, but very homogeneous neighborhood near the Presidio. It feels almost separated from the rest of the city, it is so quiet and has a different vibe. This is a safe neighborhood and desirable location, and the homes are well-maintained, with lots of trees and gardens. It is far from the action of downtown SF, though.
