Teddy Ave, Visitacion Valley

This street is great if you like peace and quiet. It is mostly lined with two story houses on both sides and cars. It is pretty long street, but it has the same overall vibe on the many blocks. There is a library, school, and playground nearby for children or adults. There is no traffic at all, so there aren't people honking their horns all the time. It is a nice place to jog too because there aren't many people on the sidewalks. This street is pretty much a great place for families with kids and couples. It wouldn't be a great place for retirees living alone or singles because it isn't a very tight knit community in which everyone knows the people around them and talk to each other frequently, it would get lonely for people who are used to having company the majority of their time. Of course, if the retirees aren't living alone and the singles like to have their own space, then it is a great place for them too.
