About Me

As the founder of the JB Team, Jim has taken the lead in the Twin Cities with his extensive use of technology. Jim gained valuable experience as CEO of Global Systems, an internet marketing and web presence technology provider. Using his marketing and programming background, Jim created several real estate based technology services and was the key developer for "Unique Homes" Magazine's online presence. His expertise resulted in providing assistance to over 650 Realtors, helping them market and sell their client's properties.

As a life-long resident of Minnesota, Jim saw a desperate need for advanced real estate service in the Twin Cities Metro, both in terms of helping seller's take advantage of the best marketing plan to get their homes sold, and in assisting buyers with advanced MLS and neighborhood technology to help in the buying process.
