"One of the most "Happy" streets in Beverly Hills P.O."
If you like living close to the City but far enough that day to day traffic and hustle and bustle are not an issue, this is the street for you. Neighbors greeting you with a Hello or Goodbye whenever paths cross. Families strolling their newborns in strollers. Tennis courts less than 100 feet away. Clean and Safe with 24 hour Security Patrol.
