West 161 St, Washington Heights

As you come nearer to the Columbia Medical School area, the flavor of Washington Heights in somewhat diluted, as the streets seem cleaner and quieter and the people much younger and diverse. I enjoyed this block, thought it had some good housing options, and could definitely see myself spending a good deal of time here. There's a great sandwich cart on this street!!
