West 190 St, Washington Heights

As you come closer to the Bronx , you might begin to notice the change in the quality of the architecture. The buildings in Washington Heights / Inwood, though rundown, have some very beautiful detail, and as 190th street technically begin Inwood and the exit from Manhattan , you’ll begin to see decay in the attention paid to the construction of the buildings. With that said, I don’t think the hike to midtown is worth it for this block.
