"Typical Suburban Street"
W. 260th Street looks like your typical suburban street. There is your typical school zone. The best part of the street is when it ends at Broadway, because directly across the street is a large park. How delightful it is to see it and to go into it.
If you don't like the neighborhood because of so many schools, you will love the park. The next time you visit the area, don't forget to stop and see the huge park at Broadway.

"West 260th Street"
There are some nice homes on this residential street, which I think is well worth taking a look at if you’re planning on living uptown. Nearby Van Cortlandt Park is a good reason to look here for a place to live and I think that it has a lot to offer for couples and families.
