"Such views!"
Magnolia Blvd. West takes you all the way around Magnolia from the south, following the beach up to Discovery Park in the northwest section of the community. The homes have spectacular views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountain range, the Seattle skyline and Mt. Rainier. Not surprisingly, many families have lived there for years and only a few homes along this serene street ever go on the market.
With beach access only steps away and a straight shot up to Seattle's largest park, residents take great pride in their neighborhoods, as evidenced by the beautifully manicured lawns and gardens. The street is broken up a bit at the south end, since it provides one of the three access points to Magnolia, making only determined visitors seek it out for a leisure drive. While traffic is minimal, there will always be some non-residents who take the scenic route up to the park, but the area is still considered pretty safe.
Shops, restaurants and pubs are a short trip away, but far enough that home feels removed from public areas of the community.

"Beautfiul residential street in Magnolia"
This has got to be one of the best streets in Seattle, especially Magnolia. Magnolia Boulevard West is a quiet, residential street lined with amazing homes ranging from about 650K on up. Well manicured lawns and large trees make the area even more alluring to the city goer. Some of the homes offer great views of the park and are within very short walking distance to Magnolia Village, Magnolia Park, and Water Front Park. The street is quiet and peaceful and offers a great environment to walk or jog safely without being overrun by cars and noise. Some of the homes in the area have a great view of the mountains. Truly the perfect place to live and raise a family.

"Peace, quiet, and incredible views!"
This is the premier street to live on in Magnolia. Large, well-kept houses with gorgeous lawns and gardens line the east side of the street. The west side of the street is almost entirely city park land, meaning that the houses have completely unobstructed views of the Sound, including Alki and several islands, to say nothing of sunsets over the Olympics.
It just doesn't get much better than this.
Driving along the street the other day, I noticed several houses up for sale. I'm guessing the recession is hitting somewhat hard. These houses are not for shallow pocketbooks! But, this also means there's real opportunity to live in an absolute dream home.
Only a couple minutes' drive from The Village means that amenities are readily available. And you're in easy driving range of downtown for anything that isn't available in Magnolia. Meanwhile, nothing's going to bother you as you gaze out over the water.
