West Carroll Ave, Near West Side

There are some old apartment buildings along the W Carroll Street, the environment there is not really good, you can feel the pollution. But with just a couple of blocks away you can experience one of the national most developed traffic system. A really huge parking lot is there. Also it is pretty near the United Center Stadium, pretty good for the sports fans.
