"Nice homes, lots of trees"
A nice quiet neighborhood, 22nd Ave S. has some very nice homes that are well kept. The trees are lush and the yards are well maintained offering some nice color in the summer and spring. The area is relatively safe and offers a nice big park at North SeaTac Park, and the SeaTac Community Center on 24th Ave. S. just a short walk away. The area also provides quick freeway access to other parts of the city or the interstate if you want to get out of town. The area is remarkably quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The proximity to the airport is nice, though air traffic can be a bit distracting at times. Nearby Burien and Tukwila offer shopping, restaurants, schools and grocery stores for residents. Military Rd. at the end of 128th St. houses the Highline Medical Center and specialty medical services. Public transportation runs along the main arterials connecting to 22nd Ave S. taking riders into Seattle, north, east and south. The beach at Seahurst Park and Three Tree Point are close by in Burien giving kids and adults a great place to play.
