"You Never Know What Pleasant Surprise You Might Find"

For as close to Wilshire Boulevard as Ashton Avenue is, this street is nestled quietly behind the commercial business buildings that line the aforementioned Wilshire. Students enjoy a quiet home living environment with easy access to campus via UCLA's shuttle service. The apartments are well maintained and provide an easy walk to restaurants, shops and banking services, as well as a local park across Veteran Avenue for fun and active lifestyles.
