"Great place to have a baby!"
From what I hear, California Pacific Medical Center is the best place to have a baby in the city. It's located between Sacramento and Clay Sts smack dab in the middle of a neighborhood. Not too far away, about a block is Lafayette Park, a beautiful place to walk the dog, or walk the new baby! Great for new parents. Easy to get to other nearby places. Also very leafy.

"Clay Street = Good"
I visited a family member who lives on Clay Street. I got a really good vibe about the street. From what I've heard it is really safe and really well located. It's really close to Lafayette Park and Chinatown, but there is also a lot of life on the street itself. It is well located that I could walk or ride my bike to most places I had to get to.

"Clay between Polk and Lafayette Park"
The best stretch of Clay Street. Diversity without the sketchiness. Further west is white bread. Further east is Chinatown. Polk offers restaurants and nightlife. The park provides plenty of clean, safe, well-maintained park space.

"Clay St., Nob Hill San Francsico ROCKS!"
Imagine a view overlooking the Bay Bridge, the skyline of the Financial District, and the Bay . . . on the corner of Clay and Taylor streets in San Francisco, one is able to experience a picturesque, breaktaking view of the city. I don't know of a better place to live!
Clay St. (in the Nob Hill area) borders Russian Hill, China town and the Financial District. Restaurants, clubs, commerce, stores, etc. are extremely accesible and easy to get to b/c of the amazing public transportation system that San Francisco supports.
