"Busy street with mostly commercial properties."
Short of a few scattered houses here and there, most of the living spaces on Rock are apartments. There are many, many housing editions that branch off from it but most of the actual addresses on Rock are retail, offices, or restaurants. Any homes there would face wicked traffic getting in or out, along with the accompanying noise. It's one of the larger streets on the East side of Wichita and used to pretty much be the edge of town, but the city has long since outgrown it as a boundary street.
