West 14th St North, Wichita

Jeanette is a lovely little street. After wandering through Riverside and undergoing several name changes, it finally settles on Jeanette north of 13th Street. These are older, smaller houses with lots of charm, and all are within actual walking distance of the river, with views of it from many houses. There's easy access to the rest of Wichita since 13th is a major street, and also plenty of foot-accessible stores.
