"Family-friendly street with great value for your dollar"
These older homes on the East side of Wichita are charming. In College Hill the prices are higher, but just head north and they drop in price without dropping in charm. It's very close to Wichita State University too. The overall feel of the street is working class, especially as you go north, with a tonier feel to the historical homes of College Hill. From mansions to bungalows, Terrace has it all.
