"Quiet living for horse owners"
This is a very private street and doesn’t last for more than a minute or two if you’re driving on it. It’s one of the many small streets clustered throughout the neighborhoods on Chapman Ave. and Orange Park Blvd. which I like to refer to as the “horse community”. I haven’t had the privilege of being able to afford a horse or pony as a pet, yet, but for those Orange County residents that can, this is a wonderful neighborhood to look into. There are horse trails and dusty roads all throughout the area. The homes range from ranch style façades with stables to expansive luxury homes with well manicured lawns and landscaping. I’ve visited the neighborhood a few times and it has always been a pleasure. It’s easy to get lost in the natural landscapes of this area and I can see why the residents here like it. It provides a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of city life while in reality the city is just a 5 minute drive away. I would love to someday be able to afford a home in this neighborhood although the option of being a horse owner sounds tempting, I’m not sure that I care too much for all the maintenance that goes into caring for them. If I do end up ever living here, maybe I can just visit my neighbors stable from time to time.
