"Busy avenue for business and entertianment"
I have worked and lived near Chapman Ave. in Orange and it has transformed into a very commonly visited avenue especially near the intersection of City Dr. because this is were you’ll find The Block which is an outside mall and shopping center, the University of California Irvine’s Medical Center and some of Orange County’s justice system facilities. The morning and afternoon traffic from the high rise offices around City Drive and Chapman creates a hotbed for traffic in this area so be prepared for that. A great feature this intersection does have is its accessibility to freeways like the 5, the 22 and the 57 which is very convenient since they are some of Orange County’s major freeways to get around the county. One interesting thing about Chapman Ave in Orange is that it oddly enough runs parallel to Chapman Ave in Fullerton, which is something I could never quite understand how it could be possible. The street itself does not loop around from city to city which was my first guess as to how this could be. For this reason when you need to make your way to Chapman Ave. make sure to pay attention what city it is associated with because you could end up on very opposite sides of the county if you’re not careful.

"Has personality oozing out of its pores!"
What's not to love about Old Town Orange by the traffic circle? In the traffic circle are tons of antique stores, unique restaurants and a bar or two for all your entertainment needs. Outside of the circle are street after street of adorable, historic homes with tons of charm and character! Once you get beyond the circle, some neighborhoods get a bit rundown, but, overall, it is pretty safe and you will see your neighbors frequently on bike rides or walks with their family. Everyone seems to know each other and will welcome you with open arms!
Every year since 1910, the city of Orange throws a free Street Fair on Labor Day weekend. The streets are blocked off in Plaza Square, with each street having a particular nation's theme. Young and old come out to celebrate and it is always a good time with a happy crowd (even when the drinks are flowing, as you can drink in the fair area)! In this same area, at the beginning of each Christmas, they hold a tree lighting ceremony with a choir. This city is all about the community!
If you ever get tired of antiques, Orange is centrally located with access to the 22, 55, 5 & 57 freeways! You can get anywhere you want very easily!
