Estero Ave
"A nice suburban vibe"
Estero Avenue intersects Junipero Serra Boulevard and Alviso Street. This street is peaceful, comfortable, and quiet. The houses here are extravagant, they are huge with lawns. Each houses is unique, so it is not entirely like the suburbs, but they do have a suburban vibe to them because they are all huge with similar structures. The street has no traffic whatsoever and the street is very clean. Another reason why this street has a suburban vibe is because of the cleanliness and the neat order of everything. This neighborhood is pertty safe and Estero Avenue is actually a part of a whole network of houses around the area. Overall, these houses are awsome and it would be an ideal place for families or couples.

Estero Ave
"Lunado Way: Sometimes quiet, sometimes busy/noisy"
Lunado Way is just west of the Urbano Drive “egg” and is right next to Junipero Serra Boulevard. Because it is next to Junipero Serra Boulevard, it tends to be noisier with more traffic during the morning and around late afternoon because of commuters going to and from work or school. There are many suburban-like homes, trees, and plants on this street. If you drive, it’ll be easy to get onto a commuter’s because Junipero Serra Boulevard is next to Lunado Way and 19th Avenue is also nearby past Juniper Serra Boulevard. The Stonestown Galleria Shopping Center is really close by, making last minute shopping a simple task. Transportation is also easily accessible for those who don’t drive; there are several Muni bus stops nearby. They are the K train on Ocean Avenue, M train, 28, 28L, and 17 on 19th Avenue, the 29 and 18 on Winston Drive.
