Pico Ave
"Pico Ave: Nice small street"
Pico Avenue is a small, quaint street that intersects Urbano Drive and Ashton Avenue. Because this street is short, only a few houses are occupied here. The houses are nice, they vary in color and each has a unique quality about them. These houses especially take up a lot of area, just because this is a short street does not mean that the houses cannot have style. There is also a school nearby, which is convenient families with children that live on the street. There aren’t many stores around this neighborhood, but there are multiple streets with beautiful houses and a peaceful and safe environment.

Pico Ave
"Pico Avenue: On a small hill with a suburban setting"
Pico Avenue is a very small street extending from the east side of the Urbano Drive “egg” to Ashton Avenue. Pico Avenue is on a small hill with a school crossing because of the school nearby on Ashton Avenue. This street mainly holds big suburban style homes, separate from one another varying in different styles. There are also several big trees and several big palm-like looking trees that add to the beauty of this street. The nearest source of public transportation would be the Muni K train on Ocean Avenue and the 29 on Garfield Street. Overall, Pico Street is very peaceful.
