"Glenwood South"
Glenwood South is an area of downtown Raleigh between Peace and Hillsborough Streets. It's a very vibrant part of town with condos for living and tons of restaurants and bars. It's an urban lifestyle, so there will be noise and traffic.

Places to live include the Paramount, 510 Glenwood, and a few townhouse communities. New construction projects like 712 Tucker (apartments), 222 Glenwood, Boylan Flats, 630 North, West, and the Glen on Peace give you plenty of options.
There's a fitness center in the heart of Glenwood South and there are a few little shops with trendy items.
