"Quiet Community back in Falls River, but Close To the Fun..."
About two miles in from Durant and Falls of Neuse, you will find Falls Commons. While close to shopping (Kohl's, Food Lion, Ace, all within 3 miles and Triangle Town Center within 5), also close to 5 playgrounds within walking distance. The Raleigh Greenway has a leg of it within walking/running distance. Two great parks, Durant Nature and Falls Lake Dam, are less than 3 miles as well.
