"Quiet backstreet alternative"
Lampson Ave. is a fairly long street that stretches from parts of Anaheim straight through to Garden Grove as well as Orange. I generally would use this street when I wanted to skip the traffic and congestion of the main streets that parallel it like Chapman Ave. or Garden Grove Blvd. You can get to some of the same popular destination like the Block at Orange or the retail plaza’s on Harbor Blvd. only a few minutes faster since you skip huge traffic lights. Along this street are mostly small residential neighborhoods, a few elementary schools and quite a bit of stop signs. The street is not heavily traveled but you can run into a few delays with slow drivers since it’s only a two lane road with one lane designated to the opposite direction. I think that this street is best to look into if you are planning to find a permanent home to start a family. The neighborhoods are quiet and clean which makes for an inviting place to call home. The closer you do get to Lampson and Lewis St. however you can see the rapid change from residential street to more commercial locations like the Block and a selection of office suites near the 22 frwy.
