"Nice area I wouldn't mind living in"
I’ve only been to the area of Seacrest Drive a few times but have had a lovely experience during every visit. The street itself ends at a cul-de-sac which leads into the Fay Lane Park lawns. I think that this is an ideal place to raise a family. I like that the neighbors all know each other and aren’t hesitant to say hello which is nice. There aren’t too many homes that go for up for sale since I’ve began visiting the area which leads me to believe that many of the residents have been living in their homes for awhile. That type of familiarity is very appealing to me and I feel would be great for couples looking for longevity in a neighborhood. Another feature I like about this neighborhood is that it’s close to Chapman Ave. without being overly intrusive to the laid back environment of the homes found here. When you need to find a place to eat, shop or spend some time with the family there is plenty you can find on Chapman Ave. If you’re a fan of fish taco’s I would highly recommend Las Cotija’s taqueria on the corner of Chapman Ave. and Euclid. They’re great.
