"Very quiet street in a good location"
Burien still carries a little of the residual stigma from a gang problem it had several years ago, but the town is turning around and now offers an incredibly affordable location in a city that housing prices seem a bit astronomical. Just 20 minutes from downtown Seattle, 160th is a quiet neighborhood with some fairly nice single-family homes. Highline Hospital sits on the corner of SW 160th and 4th Ave. S., and there is quick and easy access to Hwy 509. The road is lined with trees and the neighborhoods connected to SW 160th St. are quiet and friendly. You may encounter block parties or multi-family garage sales. People take care of their homes and some of the front yard gardens are beautiful. Definitely a great place to live.
