"Quiet, green out-of-the-way neighborhood"
East side residents of SW 168th St. have a greenbelt behind their homes, providing an additional layer of privacy and natural beauty. The length of the street has only a few homes directly on it, and they are all very well maintained. The neighborhoods are quiet and, since it is strictly a residential section of town, traffic is minimal. The Gregory Seahurst Swim Club is within walking distance to cool off in the summer months and the beaches at Three Tree Point are only a few blocks away. Safe and quiet, this is a great place to raise a family. Housing costs are relatively low for the city of Seattle, and driving convenience to downtown or out of town is a nice bonus.
