"Great Neighborhood to live in"

The Inner Richmond is a great place to live if you’re in your early to late 20’s. There’s always a lot to do because there are so many bars on Geary and Clement, and the great thing about the inner Richmond is that there’s a Chinatown. The traffic on Geary gets really crazy though, and sometimes it’s a pain in the ass to cross the street, but if you’re patient (unlike myself) someone will eventually stop for you. There’s also great places to eat on Geary AND Clement. It’s also right by USF so if you’re a student, it’s a great place to live.

"Busy busy street - great for students!"

Fulton is a terrible street to be living on, because of all the traffic. There’s a huge hill on Fulton that’s great for running if you are into fitness and whatnot. Also, there’s ample parking because Fulton is such a long street, but it gets very busy during the weekends. Up the hill is USFCA, so if you do live on Fulton it’s a great place for a USFCA student because you can just take the bus up the hill to get to class.

"Strip clubs, bars, and restaurants"

Broadway is one of the liveliest places in the city. There are always a lot of people on the street, there are restaurants, stripclubs, night clubs, and shops. The homeless population here isn’t as numerous as Market st., but there are quite a bit hanging around. The atmosphere is always alive with people coming and going from different clubs to bars to restaurants. There are also some of SF’s finest restaurants in this area to check out.

"Terrible street to live on"

19th street is not a very good street to live on, because of all the traffic. The noise is terrible I’m sure, and it would be nearly impossible to back out from your driveway if you lived on this street. The traffic is due to the fact that 19th leads to the 280 highway, which will take you to San Jose. The road itself is in decent condition, there are quite a bit of potholes and cracks, but nothing that will damage tires too badly.

"Best place for shopping"

Market street is probably the best place to find shopping and food. The only problem I have with market is the huge homeless population and it’s not exactly the cleanest part of the city. Despite all of this I constantly come here for the mall and for the food. Also there are always a LOT of tourists on the weekends, but during the weekdays its much quieter.

"Great place to find food/shopping"

I regard Masonic as my passage way to many parts of the city. The 43 runs on Masonic and it can bring you to many places. Usually I take it down to Haight street where there are a lot of shops and dining, otherwise there really isn’t much on Masonic. There are scattered stores here and there, but if I were to look for shopping, I’d look elsewhere.

"Cool Place to Hang Out"

The Fillmore is a pretty cool place if you’re looking for a place to go hang out with your buddies. The only thing about the Fillmore is that there’s a bit of a homeless population, especially around Masonic. Most of the time they keep to themselves, but sometimes they ask for change. Fillmore has many things to do such as watch a movie, go to a bar, or listen to live music. The streets are fairly clean, and it is always busy.

"Quiet Street and very nice"

The apartments on Anza are typically filled with USFCA students, because their campus is nearby. The street is typically very clean, and very noisy during the weekends when the students are partying. Around Anza and Collins is “Loyola Village” where most of the upperclassmen that go to USF reside. There are no busses that run on Anza and the street traffic is typically low, not many people drive around during the day.

"Great Vibe, Awesome Bars"

This is probably the quintessential place to go if you live around this neighborhood. There are so many awesome bars around Clement and 5th. Thurs-Saturday nights are always the busiest, but sometimes Tuesday nights get pretty rowdy, because some bars have trivia nights then. It’s also a great place to find some good Chinese food. This is one of SF’s “Chinatowns” so there are a lot of Chinese people on the street during the day.

"Geary is happening"

Geary is a pretty happening place. Although it’s long, I typically spend most of my time near Geary and Arguello, where the Bevmo is. The street is always busy with cars, and there are great bars by Geary and 3rd. You have to be REALLY careful when crossing this street, as cars are always speeding around. And if you’re driving on Geary, be sure to be on the lookout for cops that have set up a ticket trap. Just make sure you let pedestrians cross, otherwise you might get pulled over!

"Great Neighborhood to Live in"

Blake street is a very convenient place to live because it’s right by the 38 muni line which can basically take you anywhere down Geary. The street is very quiet, and an excellent place to live if you go to school at USFCA. The only problem is parking. If you do not own a garage, parking here is impossible to find.
