"More sad looking buildings"
I'm not sure what Hell's Kitchen's problem is, but I guess it doesn't have that name for no reason. 55th in this neighborhood is about as eventful as watching paint dry and ugly as all get out. There's nothing to do or see here, and I think that's such a waste of really expensive real estate. There's another car dealership (big surprise) on the street at the Hudson with a big lot across the street. The entire block at 11th is taken up by housing projects so that's out unless you need public housing. The block at 10th is a couple of eye sores we call apartment buildings with a studio in the midst where Sesame Street used to be filmed. I have no idea what's being shot there now, but I can't imagine it's nearly as exciting as having a show where you might see big bird walk up the street to work.
The block at 9th is somewhat better with some nice looking apartment buildings and a health food market but I wouldn't call that a reason to run over and sign a lease. The peculiar thing is that the rent isn't exactly cheap for such a sad street.
