1st St, Bennett

This is a quiet little street tucked away at the northwest end of the town of Bennett. There are only a few homes located on this street and they all face west towards the mountains. There is rarely traffic on this street unless it's soccer season. The large park across the street is used for both soccer practice and soccer games for the Eastern Plains Youth Soccer Association. There is also a skate park and an older, traditional playground here. There are a couple of bar-b-que pits as well as a covered shelter.

The few homes that are on this street are all well taken care of and always looked very well kept. This would be a nice street for maybe a retired couple or young family who doesn't mind the sounds of children playing in the summer.
